Jill Shepherd recently founded Order by Design, a professional organizing business, in her third act. She’s a competitive single rower, has launched four young adult children, and is stepmother to two. She has worked as a rowing coach, personal trainer, cooking teacher, food photographer and blogger. She also lives to hike, raise chickens, scuba dive, cook, and road trip. Jill is 53 and lives with her partner in Connecticut with her stepchildren and three dogs.
