In her latest venture: The Network Sage: Realize Your Network Sperpower, she describes a new way to help leaders succeed in their corporate, family, caregiver and community roles as they navigate the complexity of moder life. She does this by showing them how to leverage the human capital available across the eight networks they support adults.

She is the founder and CEO of Strategic Health Policy Internagional, Inc. where she is known for organizing chaos and solving complex problems. She is an appointee of President Ronald Reagan, responsible for a $79B portfolio of health programs. She also served as global vice president of Merck;s Vaccine Bsiness,m se expanded US operations to create an international business.

Her many accomplishments earned her recognition as a 2017 Disruptive Woman to Watch. She received the Congressional Exemplary Service Award for Orphan Products Development , is the first civilian to receive the highest award in public health, the Surgeon General's Medalllion from C. Evert Koop, and was recently awarded the Marie Curie Award by the Healthcare Businesswomen Association.

Glenna has authored six books. Three additional books are slated for publication in 2026. Two focus on networks, one for seniors, their adult children and their advisors, and another for parents. The third book will address the Oath for Genai in Healthcare, which she recently developed.
