Andrew Neu

The Andrew Neu Big Band (ANBB) is led by renowned saxophonist Andrew Neu and features all of his compositions and arrangements. He has toured the world with Bobby Caldwell, Smokey Robinson and Diane Schuur. As a recording artist, Andrew has released five albums and countless radio hits. He received a GRAMMY nomination in 2024.

The music is inspired by the great big band jazz of the 60s and 70s,
continuing the legacy left by Basie, Maynard, Buddy, Woody and Quincy.
The big band is made up of full time musicians at the top of their game that
perform and record for every major artist and ensemble in the
Philadelphia/NYC area. Notable soloists in the band include Scott Blanke,
Keith Chasin, Tony Desantis, Olivia Hughart, Sean McCusker and Chris Oatts.

The trumpet section is anchored by renowned lead player, Craig Kenney.
Andrew's charts are published by Kendor Music Publishing and have been
performed all over the world. They have been recorded by The Airmen of
Note, Brian Bromberg, Bobby Caldwell, Bernie Dresel, Aubrey Logan, Bobby
Sanabria, Janis Siegel and Dave Stahl.

A graduate of Temple University, Andrew currently conducts the jazz
programs at Swarthmore College and Lower Merion High School.
