He currently resides on the island of St. Thomas and serves as the Chair of the Communication and Performing Arts Department at the University of the Virgin Islands. He is also the President of the United Jazz Foundation, which is a music education organization that mentors underprivileged kids to become musicians. His musical career has allowed him to tour internationally for over 30 years, and he has been recorded on over 80 records.

Her remarkable talent has made her a sought-after artist at jazz festivals, award ceremonies, elite weddings, high-profile celebrity events, and major fundraisers. Notably, she had the honor of performing for the First Lady of the United States,
Michelle Obama and President Barack Obama. Mariea Antoinette has received numerous nominations and awards and has collaborated with star musicians from the East Coast, West Coast, and the Caribbean Islands.

Setting The Stage w/Ellis White A one-hour, monthly, live streaming radio show featuring emerging artists as well as recognized performing/recording artists. Each episode will have two musical guests: one, a recognized artist to offer suggestions and provide a mentoring opportunity for an upcoming artist. The show concept is to provide an artist mentoring platform with a lively discussion featuring viewer/listener interaction to the upcoming artists recorded music. I will moderate the discussion and offer additional suggestions to help. Music from both well-known and upcoming artists will be played. Emerging artists will have the opportunity to make a case to their fans, festival organizers and talent buyers that they have what it takes to bring an outstanding performance to a stage near you. The show will offer a discussion with the artist, a clip of their most recent music and a glimpse of them in action on stage. In addition, there will be an opportunity for the live audience to ask questions/make comments in real time. Programming will also include conversations with industry experts offering advice in areas such as branding, monetizing a fan base, effective marketing, the importance of the correct content and critical importance of the “message” of an EPK, recording tips and tricks, what’s trending and what’s not working and insight to the hottest tech and instrumentation in the market. For more than a decade, the trend has been for small and mid-sized companies to focus on growing their digital footprint – often at the expense of broadcast media. Throughout the decade, digital channels have been viewed as the cost-effective way to reach new customers mainly because the performance of ad campaigns could be directly tracked. As little as only five years ago, the lack of familiarity and available tools to navigate the many different digital channels kept competition, and therefore advertising prices, low. However, the exodus of brands leaving broadcast in favor of digital channels has increasingly made those channels more competitive and costly over time. There are simply fewer identifiable radio stations than over a decade ago. This growth in internet competition with traditional media channels is spearheaded by natural industry trends and the wide availability of tools to help companies in cyberspace self-serve and maximize opportunities. Naturally, this has led to less competition on traditional channels like radio. As more companies overlooked the traditional broadcast mediums, smart companies that were taking a truly multi-channel approach capitalized. Decreasing competition in radio placements simply meant that advertisers were able to get more customers for the same advertising dollar. Among all the traditional “broadcast” channels, radio is often able to deliver results far above most people’s expectations. Radio has a vast reach, with millions of listeners every single week which collectively deliver $12 in sales for every $1 spent on advertising. That’s a return that the best campaigns on any digital channel would be hard-pressed to match. What are conversion rates in social media from prospects to customers?
