With more than 30 years of experience in corporate marketing, consulting, facilitation, and leadership development, and over a decade as a professional coach, she brings a practical, grounded yet intuitive approach to personal and professional growth.

Her work helps people increase their level of consciousness, uncover what matters most, and use that awareness to explore the beliefs and patterns that may be holding them back. She empowers people to find the courage to act on what they value and move confidently in the direction of what matters most.
