Regan has served as Chief Legal Counsel for large businesses and nonprofits for over 20 years. This has allowed her to be a part of some of the most distinctive transactions around the globe, including the purchase of an NBA arena that now serves as the 16,000-seat home of America’s largest church; the first of its kind inspirational satellite radio channel on SiriusXM, Joel Osteen Channel 128; one of America’s top podcasts; and at least 10 New York Times best-selling books, among others. Over the course of her career, Regan has advised well over $1 billion of business transactions.
