Lem Lloyd has spent his career helping businesses grow as an operator, entrepreneur, and investor. He has led commerce and sales divisions at public companies, such as Yahoo, Knight Ridder, and Angie’s List, and has led the development of recruitment businesses for both CareerBuilder and HotJobs.

As General Manager for Yahoo’s Small Business, Lem helped millions of small businesses grow their ecommerce businesses. As head of acquisition sales at Angie’s List, Lem led sales teams of 600 people dedicated to helping SMBs.
Lem began his career as a journalist, working at The Philadelphia Inquirer and Asahi newspaper in Japan. He is a graduate of George Washington and Columbia Universities.

Lem's latest endeavor is CEO and Co-Founder of Longevity Workers that addresses the urgent need for older workers, those age 55+, in the labor market. That may sound counterintuitive to some, but the reality is that the US will soon face a labor shortage—a shortage that AI may not fill. Longevity Workers is a new type of hiring marketplace, designed and dedicated not only to fill that need but also to help older workers age better.
