Sarah's Girl

Stacey Richardson aka Sarah's Girl (a name attributed to her late mother), is an accomplished vocalist, songwriter and arranger with years of experience from the resilient city of Cleveland, Ohio. She has been afforded the pleasure of working on such legendary shows as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies, singing the featured song for the Cleveland Guardians MLB team, and is currently the lead vocalist for the legendary jazz band "Pieces of a Dream".

Joining forces with Grammy Award Winning music producer Edwin "Tony" Nicholas (Gerald LeVert, Patti LaBelle) she is launching the new project called "Afterwhile" with her debut single, “The Colors of Love”.

Often compared to the legendary Gladys Knight, Stacey Richardson (aka Sarah’s Girl) has spent nearly two decades singing backup for some of the music industry’s biggest icons; all while steadily touring with R&B legends like Luther Vandross, the O'Jays, Carlos Santana, and Anita Baker.

Now, she’s hitting the road with the larger-than-life fusion group Pieces of a Dream, and releasing her own brand new music along the way.
